The Beauty Within

 

This series is showing beautiful people with awesome scenic images double exposed through techniques in Photoshop. “The Beauty Within “is a series of photographs that shows my interpretation of the connection that we have with Earth. Everything on Earth from air and water quality, to environment, impact human health. Every action that we make in turn effects our environment and living planet. In our bodies we resemble the Earth through our adaptability and complexities; our systems within systems and eventually when our bodies die where we return to where we began, minerals and particles in the ground. Here in these images, we see the connection.

It is not often that we ponder our relationship with our world but that relationship will determine our future and our childrens' futures. Our recent generation seems to be separating itself from nature and the Earth through politics and economics and undoubtedly technology. Cultures of the past had embedded themselves in our planet and their connection to nature and their appreciation so much that they would consider Earth a mother or father. I think this is important for us to recognize and realize that we are not superior or above our Earth, but we are all connected, we are one.
