For this National program on FOX Sports Net, I was given instructions of not using player images in any way where they would be recognized. This would ensure the longevity of the graphic package. Due to the high risk of key player trades and franchise relocation issues, I decided that a generic graphic-driven approach seemed best. Player photos were stylized to hide identity, while blending with the surrounding graphics. A curved, feminine approach was taken to keep the graphics energetic, but clearly state through imagery that it was a show featuring professional female basketball players.
