Prior to me stepping onto this project much of the finish product had already been decided on by Mr. Curtis Gabhart. He wanted to increase the living space and add a garage so we took the previous converted garage, made it a master bedroom and bathroom combination, and added an attached garage and laundry room to the side of the house. Our finish product turned out incredible.
We used a very nice glass mosaic band throughout the bathrooms which were hand picked by Mr. Gabhart. He decided to incorporated a vessel sink in the master bathroom, and a very nice custom tile on the flooring and shower walls. We added a nice wood flooring to the kitchen and dining area and kept our original existing cabinets and gave them a deep black lacqured finish. Our final products turned out incredible!
On the exterior we replaced the existing vinyl pool, and had the 500 sqft garage built from the ground up. We ended up with a very clean, functional, and much larger home.
