7th Street Midtown Homes

Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
7th Street Midtown Homes was the rehabilitation and expansion of two residential buildings built in 1906, into a five-unit, multi-family complex consisting of a 3,000-square-foot, single-family home; two 1,120-square-foot townhouses; and two 575-square-foot garage apartments.

Located on a hill in the historic Cottage District of Midtown just west of downtown Oklahoma City, this project site afforded great views of the downtown skyline. The neighborhood offered sidewalks, mature trees and easy access to streets and highways leading to all parts of the city.

Although now completed, this project is an ongoing catalyst for the revitalization of one of Oklahoma City's long-ignored neighborhood treasures.

Accolades | 7th Street Midtown Homes were included in the AIA Central Oklahoma Architecture Tour in 2002, 2003, 2004. The project was completed in April 2005.
