Nature is one of the key elements of the project – it allows one to unwind and relax. The main idea of the complex is that it merges and at the same time contrasts with nature. Contrast is assisted by harsh shapes and glass that are unnatural substances, yet the reflexions of nature in the glass and the fact that the bulk of the complex is underground helps it to merge with the surroundings. I applied many modern solutions while analysing. I distinguished 5 main material elements: frameless glass, aluminium, soil and water. Attraction points: underground part of the complex – Spa made of swimming pools, the gym, massage and beauty services and VIP zone. Above ground part of the complex consists of conference zone, vestibule (distribution zone), restaurant/bar zone, the hotel. The key point of the interior are plats that create outside inside sensation.
