No less than the The Wall Street Journalist looking at another FiOS advantage – bandwidth capacity. In a recent Heard On The Street column, Martin Peers talks about the ongoing increase in consumer Internet traffic and concludes that Verizon has a big capacity advantage over cable.
He writes: “Verizon already has about 50% more bandwidth than typical cable operators. And the company plans to quadruple its broadband capacity within a couple of years.”
