Be Kind To Yourself
 
Often times during times of extreme stress and anxiety, we forget to realize that our minds will often exaggerate the proportion of what is truly causing our stress and the smallest of issues could seem insurmountable.
 
At these times I learnt to cut ourselves some slack and realize that the stress I feel is due to fearing possible consequences when I don’t feel like I’ve done enough. To stop and pause, breathe, and remind ourselves to be kind to ourselves and our capacities.
 
This is a reminder for me to be kind to myself.
