Gestalt Theory for Dummies
For this brief we had to create a project around The Gestalt Theory. I wanted to communicate to a younger target market. A target market that consists of young creative students. The tone of this book is shown strongly in the body copy. I used events that this target market can relate to and has knowledge about. The tone is rude/insulting humour and must be read lightly. If you are the correct target market I am sure you will be laughing at yourself while reading this book. From my own experience I find that the best way to learn something is to compare it to an event that has occurred in my life. If the story or event is humorous and has an impact on me, I wont forget it easily. Therefore I explain The six Gestalt Principles for dummies. Making this book mocking, funny and effective. You might be a Dummy at first but after finishing this book you will be a Smart Ass.
