I was asked to design a logo for a meeting/event for Hoosier Park where the team members could have their own input on the company, opportunities, suggestions, etc. 

The idea for the name came from "Empower Hours" since this meeting would only be about an hour long. The person who came up with the name wanted to be clever by dropping the "H" in "hours" to make it more personable for the team members by saying it is "ours."

When creating this logo I was asked to incorporate a stopwatch if I could into my design. I incorporated several elements from my understanding of what this meeting was: exclamation point (signify having a voice/say), stopwatch (signify a short, quick, touch base type of meeting), and word bubbles (signify open conversation). 

The logos were used by Hoosier Park and the ads/applications of the logo in design were just for fun!
