GLAAD chose ROKK Vodka as its Premier Partner because of the brand's unwavering support of the LGBT community and its commitment to GLAAD that began in 2010 in conjunction with the brand's U.S. launch.
 
This was a great opportunity for us to get our message out – equality. Through our powerful visibility communications of “FILTERING OUT INEQUALITY” and “NEW YORK SAYS ‘I DO’” in strategic outlets, we have provided a voice for the LGBT community. We have brought awareness of important social issues for the community to mass market channels – as opposed to solely LGBT channels – via out of home and print impressions.

Creative lead on RÖKK Vodka’s LGBT marketing campaign, working with client, account and copywriting to develop effective communication that would resonate with the LGBT consumer. The campaign is effective in that it addresses concerns of the LGBT community. Rather than speaking at the community, we are speaking for them.
 
The campaign spans out-of-home, print, digital, social media and events.

Award Winning Out of Home Creative
Out-of-home executions in major metro cities across the country including New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Chicago, Atlanta
We took over phone booth kiosks with digital counters in New York City. We worked closely with City Hall to keep an accurate, up-to-the-moment count of marriages. In just three days, the total exceeded the counters!

My role – Creation of RÖKK "New York Says I Do" campaign branded invitation, signage, step & repeat, drink menu table tents, and collateral for the event.

My role – Creation of RÖKK "New York Says I Do" campaign branded signage, drink menu table tents, and collateral for GLAAD's Brazilian Carnival Party for the celebration of Marriage Equality. 
 
The party took place on a GORGEOUS August evening at the 20th Floor Rooftop Garden at 230 5th Avenue, NYC. My team and I were invited to attend; the event was a huge success and so much fun!
 
Special guests in attendance included Kelly Killoren Bensimon, Ramona Singer, Alex McCord, and Simon van Kempen (Real Housewives of NYC), Lance Bass, Lisa Lampanelli, Laverne Cox, designers Jonathan Adler and Simon Doonan, cast members from The A-List: New York, and the list goes on…
