"THE IMPATIENT READER"
Homonosapiens - Cultural & opinion Magazine

For this work, the editorial team commissioned me to draw an illustration be inserted into the text that closed the cycle called "The readers". The project consisted of several texts, which were then to be presented in paper edition, together with the illustrations, in several cultural centers. This was part of an itinerant exhibition in several places around the country. The image illustrates the last text entitled "The impatient reader".

"BARTLEBY, THE MOST CONSISTENT EXISTENTIALIST ON THIS SIDE OF FICTION"
Oculta Lit - Literary essay Magazine

In my usual collaborations in Oculta Lit, I try to find a more profound visual language, according to the title and my way of understanding also the spirit of the magazine. This language, in this case, becomes more conceptual and symbolic, giving articles a more mysterious character.
For this illustration on some notes about Bartleby, I decided to create an organic image, almost anatomical by its movement, where the ink was part of the deep mystery that we often find "beyond" that which remains closed in a reserved character.

"WHAT WOULD HAPPEN IF ATLANTIS IS ALREADY DISCOVERED?"
Oculta Lit - Literary essay Magazine

For this illustration I reached a creative process almost by chance. Once I'd drawn and scanned the fish, I inverted the colours with Photoshop as I wished to relieve the dominant white of the paper, yielding a result that moved me. Using Illustrator, I included the question mark, emphasizing the doubt raised by the title of the article.

Illustration for opinion article & presentation as a collaborator. 2016 / Principia - Scientific opinion & Art Magazine
My interest in scientific popularization led me to present myself to the magazine Principia as an illustrator. I was given the opportunity to write a short presentations as a collaborator on their website.
