Last year, joined a non profit organization called Project by Project and became the Manager of Graphic Design. I have always wanted to join a non-profit organization and when I found Project by Project (PbP) I knew this was perfect for me.  This year I was appointed Director of marketing where I lead the whole marketing team of 5 managers and 2 steering committee members.
