Postage stamps are small unique designs that often don’t get enough credit or attention. I wanted to create this chapbook to showcase their beauty and the processes behind their creation. I started at the beginning of the nineteenth century and gathered information on what I found to be the most influential stamp designs an designers of that time, creating a section for Victorian, Art Nouveau, and Art Deco stamp design.
The Front cover contains a set of cards. Each has a unique stamp that is not featured within the book that you can read information about on the back of the card.
Multiple pages in this style are used to introduce the sections throughout the book.
