Painting in the sky and the sea... Adding detail a bit too early though!
Blocking in the colours, eliminating the white.
Details of the jacket.
Adding in the pebbles, not individual little shapes. I swept the brush round and round, mixing in light and dark colours.
So far!
Boat looking like less of an aubergine now!
FINE ART
A fine art project I completed at college - I chose a dramatic image of a refugee child looking out to sea, with the view of a little boat. Is he waiting to get on the boat? Has he just got off the boat? Why is he alone?
I thought this was a good image to paint as it relates to a lot of issues within the world.
