Logo concepts were developed for Mahan Rykiel Associates new Open Up Baltimore research initiative. Open Up Baltimore focuses on equitable engagement techniques, with an emphasis on tactical urbanism stratragies, such as pop-ups.

Mahan Rykiel Associates partnered with Morgan State University's School of Architecture + Planning to offer a Spring 2017 semester design studio for exploring the history of planning and development in Baltimore City and generate meaningful engagement opportunities.
