According to the research made by The Lancet, there are 641 millions obesity people in the world until 2014, and the number is increasing now. Obesity has a lot of complications, like high blood pressure and heart disease. The fact which causes this phenomenon is the unhealthy diet. However, eating fruits offers a much healthier life style. Fruits contain various vitamin which is benefit to body's functions and dietary fiber which develops the digestive system. So, eat more fruits, choose a healthy life style.
