Capturing eyeballs... and clicks
I worked with a flash designer to execute this concept in flash. The thinking behind this banner was that between the 3D effect and the motion of the "cubes" rotating in 3D space, we would be able to stand out in the sea of banner ads and garner more clicks.
This particular instance is directing viewers to the 3 day trial landing page.
