For this assignment, I designed a book with the given text: a poem called "Untitled" by Matt Mullican. I used fallen flower petals in varying stages of decay to create collages. The poem is about the ups and downs of a woman's life and how she completely unravels by the end of her life. I found that nature itself best represented the curve of one's life, and also formed beautiful patterns.
