the first of 2 looping gifs created for my GD 3 course. Both of these were inspired by comic books. I always saw so much movement in the words and visuals on these pages, so I took this opportunity to try and represent the same movement that the still pages implied.

This is a type specimen of the typeface I have been working on in my Graduate Typeface Design class. It is still in progress. My goal was to create a sign painter script that functions as a sign painter casual in the uppercase. All of these forms are based on my sign painting characters.
This is an experimental set of numerals I created on my own. I was inspired by the confines of the square and how far I could abstract these characters to fill that space
This is a photo from one of the many highlights at my internship this summer. Under Brian Kaspr, I screen printed, practiced sign painting on junkyard cars (pictured above), and painted murals in the Flatiron Health office in NYC.
This is an animation created for my GD 3 class. We were assigned to create an animation for a business we supported. I created an Instagram advertisement for Muso; a company that protects musicians, artists, writers, film makers, etc. in a world of internet piracy.
