In conjunction with my coursework for the Bentley User Experience Certificate Program, I helped a colleague plan a website for his new business venture, Cabot Virtual Assistance. The goal of Cabot Virtual Assistance is to provide services for small business owners who could benefit from a personal assistant, but who do not have the budget to bring a full-time assistant on staff. The objective of the website is three-fold:
The sitemap, annotated wireframes, and workflows documented here were developed based on stakeholder interviews conducted to gather business requirements, and on the functional limitations of the planned use of a WordPress template.
Additional projects completed for the Bentley User Experience Certificate Program entailed heuristic assessments, contextual interviews, development of user scenarios, and usability testing.
