Title: Opening
Year: Fall 2016
Dimensions: 24''x15''
Description: In this drawing, I practiced searching for a lyrical, organic narrative in each gestural marks that I laid down, with the view to draw inspiration and self insight from the mark making experience. Through the process of developing and exploring into a drawing, I was able to identify that the abstractive, fluid marks formed landscapes and that I was instilling a small scale or a portion of a landscape within the overall larger composition. The experience and the process of the drawing was a rediscovery, exploration, and an opening to a spiritual depiction of myself.
Title: Anxious Transitions
Year: Fall 2016
Dimensions: 17''x11''
Work Description: With the view to understand how our eyes perceive and read a composition, I developed a visual interpretation and representation of my concept, anxious transitions, through creating a signature spread of a graphic novel. I asymmetrically placed geometric shapes and linear lines to emote a sense of anxiety, in which their similarity, proximity and continuity create a progressive transition from the left to the right area of the composition. I reinforced my concept by its visual presentation, where work-in-progress images of the composition were asymmetrically placed on the upper wall so that they descend towards the final composition.
Title: Intersection
Year: Fall 2016
Dimensions: 22''x30''
Description: Through visual elements and allusions such as light and darkness, day and night, and nature and industry, I sought to depict the constant intersections of the coexisting contradictions that shape our world.

Dimensions: 24''x32''
Description: This is a mixed media work that re-imagines and integrates strips and fragments of found images, extending an experimental collage into an exploration of drawing. The title, "One. Two, Three" intends to express the inner struggles, tense silence, and emotional escalations that take place upon the emergence of inspiration, creativity, and novelty from a perpetual void.
Title: Two Decades in Life
Year: Fall 2016
Dimensions: 11''x18'',13''x8''
Description: This package design intends to criticize a generalized educational system, its marginalized valuation standards, and their outcomes by making a comparison between students and stocks, impersonal educators and mechanically working farmers, and institutions such as universities and butcher shops.
Title: Gold
Year: Fall 2016
Dimensions: 1920 × 1080
Description: This is a motion graphic video that explores and establishes a dynamic correspondence between the audible and visible representations of an artifact.
