CUPCAKES CHARACTER DESIGN
This is the development of the main characters for the 3D animated shortfilm Cupcakes by Story Giant Films (the film is currently in production, however I have permission from the company to share the designs)
Final Line up.- Town Official, Lucia, Mia, Mr. Gonzales and the Neighbour.
Lucia's first draft. She is Mia's older sister who has Leukemia. On the original description she was wearing an "american flag" bathrobe which was later changed since it was too busy.
Lucia's second draft. Here we tried different head pieces, however at end we decided that it was better to keep her without a head scarf to portray her as a more confident character.
