Mr. Ninnie managed the design engineering, construction and administration of the $6.2 million Phase I Water-Sewer -Roads project consisting of installing 13,500 LF of 24-inch PVC, 555 LF of 10-inch PVC, 50 LF of 8-inch PVC, 37 60-inch diameter manholes, 50 4-inch PVC services, 9,100 LF of 48-inch sidewalk, 9,265 LF of combined curb and gutter, 1,700 TN of asphalt, 200 LF of 6-foot double gutter, and misc. concrete and appurtenances.
