Mr. Ninnie managed the design engineering, construction and administration of  the $5.4 Million Phase III water-sewer-road project consisting of installing 11,356 LF of 8-inch PVC, 48-inch diameter manholes, 256 4-inch PVC services, 9,356 LF of 48-inch sidewalk, 19,555 LF of combined curb and gutter, 11,700 TN of asphalt, 1200 LF of 6-foot double gutter, and misc. concrete and appurtenances.
