Town of Pinedale Phase IV ARRA Water-Sewer -Roads Improvement Projects

Mr. Ninnie managed the design engineering, construction and administration of the $5.5 million Phase IV water/sewer/roads project consisting of Grading, drainage, water line replacement, sewer line replacement, water and sewer services, crushed base, surfacing, and miscellaneous work for approximately 10,586 ft. of roadway, 9863 ft. 8" SDT sewer, 42 precast sewer manholes, 10,150 lin. ft. of 8" DIP water pipe, 22634 lin of 6' wide sidewalk and integral curb, 56 ADA ramps on various streets in Pinedale, WY.
Areas of work involve streets west of Tyler Avenue being S Jackson Ave, Wilson St., Washington St., Marilyn St, Lake Ave., Franklin Ave., Maybell Ave, Charles St., Magnolia St and several alleys.
Mr. Ninnie worked with the State Land Investment Board and Governor’s office to obtain 50% grant and low interest loans to fund the project through the ARRA Federal Legislation. Mr. Ninnie also managed the extensive paperwork and administration of the pay requests, payroll, auditing and accounting for the project.
