Mr. Ninnie managed the design engineering, construction and administration of the Phase V water/sewer/roads project. Project was $3.6 million project consisting of installing 615 LF 15" PVC, 907 LF 12" PVC, 2300 LF 8" PVC, 15 Manholes, 1800 LF 8" DIP, 5 hydrants, 1950 LF 18" perforated HDPE drainage pipe, 2300 LF 12" perforated HDPE, 140 LF 18" HDPE, 960 LF 24" HDPE, 20,000 SY Asphalt, 3000 LF 6' sidewalks, 4000 LF 5' sidewalks, 7700 LF curb and gutter, 32 ADA ramps on Fremont, Ave, East Charles St., Mapfel, St., E. Washington, St., various interconnecting alleyways in Pinedale, WY
Mr. Ninnie worked with the State Land Investment Board and Governor’s office to obtain 50% grant and low interest loans to fund the project through the ARRA Federal Legislation. Mr. Ninnie also managed the extensive paperwork and administration of the pay requests, payroll, auditing and accounting for the project.
