A special publication made for The Beatles – anEnglish rock band formed in Liverpool 1960. One of the most commercially successful and critically acclaimed acts inthe history of popular music. The band is best known for their awesome JohnLennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison and Ringo Starr.
Inspired by the classic and classy look of TheBeatles, the publication (biography) is designed mainly in black and white witha hint of pop-art color to highlight the important part.
There is an extra attention to the outerpackaging (it might seems like only a black box from a distance, but it isactually more than that). The packaging is done with a burgopak method, whichallows you to pull on one side of the box and the reverse side of it will bepulled out at the same time. When the reader pulled out the biography itself, acomplimentary music cd will pop out. It is an extra surprise gift.
The whole layout might look so cleanly blackand, it is meant to suit The Beatles’ image. If the design is somethingpsychedelic or something cute, it might be visually nice, but it will not matchThe Beatles. This decision does not make the whole book boring; there are a lotof interactive pages that is done in the biography. There are some pop-ups,open and close, pull and push, die cut, torn and use (as a postcard). Thisbiography is a must for beatlemania, and it is aesthetically great to bepurchased as a gift.
