Australia Red Cross Blood Service - “Do something special”

The brief: 
Design a pack of five A6 size cards, to be given away in-store either with purchase or subscription for a limited period.The front of the postcard must be executed by using images but no stock images are allowed.

Research:
Based on the research, I found out that people didn't realise the need of blood donation. The majority of people don't know that the numbers of patients who need blood donation are very high. We also need to tell them that they can make a huge impact and even save lives of many people when giving blood donation.

The Idea: 
+ We want to use the visual metaphor of everyday food to show people the significant difference between blood donation and the real demand. 
+ Using food and its sauce was the way we chose to represent blood donation because we didn't want people to feel "scary" when seeing blood but rather than feeling blood donation was just something close to their everyday life.
