The Awkward Sleepover
The mouse is ruining the party.
In Illustration 2 students anonymously recorded the most embarrassing moments of their life, and then distributed each of them at random. The story I received included a young girl going to an older girl's birthday sleepover. After the sleepover, in the morning over breakfast, all of the girls told her that she snored throughout the night, laughing at her discomfort. I decided to depict her as a mouse being watched by cats: As she enjoys her slumber, the on-lookers are quite upset that she ruins their fun.
