Presented in this gallery is a selection of traditionally and digitally created art works, some new and some older. Works were created employing one or more of the following processes: Traditional and Mixed Media, Assemblage, Collage and/or Digital Photography. The traditional fixed collage and mixed media artworks in this gallery incorporate pen and ink, concentrated watercolors, acrylic and other types of wet or dry media. Other pieces have been enhanced and manipulated digitally. For example, my most recent works are from an ongoing set of different series that are physically created, photographed and, then, manipulated or reworked using digital painting or other enhancement tools. Ultimately, once photographed, the initial assemblage-collage-photomontage is then disassembled (all that remains are the digital image(s) documenting the achieved action). I view this approach as being much like the process of creating monoprints where iterations are one-of-a-kind. Thanks for visiting my gallery!
