Digital Platform to Declutter the Crowd in Hospitals

The following project was done as a part of CAMTechX Jugaadathon 2017 which took place in IKP Eden, Koramangala on 11th and 12th of March. The domain to work upon was to offer Better Medical Solutions for the Urban Poor of India.

India has the Second highest population in the whole world. And somewhere down the line it is also affecting the Health Care Solutions in this country. Though, there is very less that can be done to control the population, a lot can be done to manage it wisely.

After hours of brainstorming we as a team pitched in our idea of decluttering the crowd in Indian Government Hospitals and Community Health Care Centers. Our solution was to implement a digital platform - kiosk near Hospitals and Community Health Care Centers which cuts down the time spent on visiting the General Physicians and the being directed to the Doctors or for the Medical Tests. We as patients have no control over anything during our visit to the doctor. The whole process gets very tiring for both the patients and the doctors. Time can be used efficiently with the use of our product.

Catch was to pitch, ideate, iterate, design and present the product within 48 hours.

Our team consisted of four members. A Product Designer, a Visual Designer, a Doctor and a Biotech Engineer. Hence, we named it The Fantastic 4.
