During our trip to Annecy in Haute-Savoie, we were staying at our cabin in the mountain. At night we would often shut down the light to watch the stars. Only a few cabins and houses are settled in the valley surrounded by the mountains. Without light pollution nearby, it makes it the perfect spot for watching the stars. August in also a good month to see falling stars.
That was the perfect opportunity to try night photography. I finally had a fast and wide enough lens to catch the stars. It was pretty difficult but here are the few results I got.
It’s a subject I really liked and I will definitely do more nightscape photography in the near future.
