Measurement with Found Objects
Location: Cubbon Park, Bangalore
My first interaction was with a blue object as soon as I entered the park gate. It stood out amongst the browns and the greens.
I went around collecting all the blue objects next and after 2 hrs of good eye on only the little blues, I collected a good number of all the blues.
TO MY SURPRISE......majority of what I collected were the blue bottle caps.
Do you think little things like these spoil the beauty of a park?
It clearly showed to me LACK OF OWNERSHIP AND RESPONSIBILITY of the visitors in this park.

Do we care about the little creatures in the ecosystem? Do we even think of their suffering apart from the aesthetics?
This small shadow art is an approach of sharing my experience and thought.
Measurement in terms of Responsibility towards a particular space at a particular time was what this project aims at.
Every action needs to be thoughtful... Every individual counts!
