My title of Applied Photography BHCA 2223 assignment 2 is “The Traditional of Sewing”. The defination of sewing is a craft that fastening or attaching objects using stitches made with a needle and thread. It is one of the oldest of the textile arts and arising in the Paleolithic era. The invention of the sewing machine in the 19th century. I have done a lot of research on sewing machine and tools or output that related with sewing. I found that nowadays, human especially teenagers totally do not know the traditional of sewing even have not seen the traditional sewing machine before.

My idea is inspired by my grandmother who was a tailor. When I was a kid, I frequently head the sound of sewing machine and walk close to saw her sewing. She sewed a variety of traditional textiles such as quilt, rug clipart and also sheet. So, I decided to shoot the traditional of sewing. I also try to let peoples observed it and understand the traditional of sewing. I have picked few different angle from the sewing machine and some tools that related with sewing.
