SALAM Tea is a brand of tea and tea-stands dedicated to bringing an air of social warmth to otherwise cold and friendless urban areas. The brand encourages people to slow down and enjoy a moment of tranquility and friendship before jumping back into the crazy urban scene. The imagery and identity is based of Middle Eastern patternwork, which is a place where tea is highly regarded as a social drink and a symbol of hospitality. This project produced a brand identity, style guide, and packaging.
