JENAY CRISPYN, MICA ILLUSTRATION, MINI-THESIS PROJECT
Produced within this project was 14 posters based on 7 different people, designed around illustrating the feelings and emotions that I experience from these individuals in my personal group of friends/family. Along with a piece that is created entirely on my own personal thoughts and feelings, I created a piece based on private interviews conducted individually based around a set of questions that a person could choose to answer in any way they saw fit.
Through this project I was able to learn that the majority of people I surround myself with have hidden traits and qualities that they would never share with me out of fear of judgement in any other setting. It was interesting to create a type of dialogue where people would openly talk about these qualities that they may be too nervous to talk about in any other setting.
