During the summer of 2016, I was lucky enough to participate in the Colorado AIGA chapter mentorship program. Matched with Kristan Butler, a Senior Designer at Monigle, our task was to create a poster centered around the theme ‘Get Out the Vote’ in order to motivate people to vote in the upcoming election. However, this message is dated and misses the most essential part of voting: knowledge. My poster focuses on the information an ideal voter should have when getting ready to cast their ballot.
