Short Stories (duotone print)

Csaba Miko's macabre plays, issued by an independent publisher
and contemporary art collaborative, called Roham.

To meet the tight budget I designed the book to be printed with a limited colour scheme.

The body of the book was processed using black ink solely. Just as the chapter-separator
photographs, which were featured on the client request, showcasing one of their
supported artist's artworks.

Additional colour used only on the cover and on the endpapers, both duotone print.
The salmon colour refers to the word 'flesh' in the title, also emphasising the main
topic of the book (desire, bodies).

As Roham is an experimental art collective, the brief asked for unconventional layout,
hence the strong design element for fractioning the dialogues.
