Project Statement:(100 words or less)
In a world filled with overwhelming stimulus I find solace in simple sensory deprivation.
In this series I secluded myself in a warm bath tub for an hour. I sat still in complete silence during the duration of the hour. I then held a camera above my head and photographed in a random order to capture my physical and emotional experience. I removed the color because I feel the lack of color helps the viewer better connect with my emotion.
Project Production:(100 words or less)
I used photoshop to add black and white to the image, add contrast and adjust levels.
