Project Description: (100 words or less)
This design is a movie poster for a short film about adultery and primeval “manhood". The main character is a middle-aged man who is on a hunt. The hunt is regularly interrupted by flashbacks to his adulterous affair. The deer he is hunting on the trip acts as a metaphor to the woman in his life.

The poster works as a representation of the interconnection between sex, adultery, hunting and manhood. I wanted the illustration to be bold with strong symbolism, while at the same time inspiring intrigue and mystery in the viewer. By keeping the poster minimal and using primarily dark tons, I feel I created a visual reflection of the mood of the story.

Project Production:(100 words or less)
The illustration on the front was made digitally in illustrator. The textured background was overlaid imagery on a gray background - made through photoshop.
