For this project, I chose a random Kickstarter company - Evelyn & Bobbie bras. I thought the way they wanted to rethink the bra, offer a more inclusive line of nude colors, and address fits based on various breast shapes was a worthy concept.
I created a magazine ad, a bench ad, and a billboard.
I wanted to create ads that wouldn't take themselves too seriously, as the topic of breasts and bras can make people uncomfortable, even some women.
For my bench ad, I wanted to include the idea that benches aren't any more comfortable than most bras to make the ad more relatable. This ad focused on the comfort of a bra with a well-thought out design, like Evelyn and Bobbie's, by comparing how a recliner is more comfortable than a bench.
I decided to make the billboard a message about how these bras don't include underwire by playing on the fact that people would be driving past the ad and could "wave goodbye" to underwire bras, somewhat literally.
