Student work, 1993: Angst drawings
Through much of my twenties, I suffered from depression — or sometimes a kind of delirious, visionary melancholy. These drawings are the result.
They were originally drawn in pencil on A4 sketchbook paper, but I liked how when they were photocopied, the black got really black, like charcoal.
Thankfully I don’t get as miserably down like this so much any more.
