We see a kind of people, the 'half people'. The upper half and the bottom half people walk around the city of Belgrade  acting as normal as possible. At the end of the film all half people meet outside a Goody's store where they are joined together to become normal humans again. The end line is 'Let's stick together'.

Imagine if you could capture and actually bottle people's laughter and being able somehow to store it all together inside a huge white ballon. Imagine, walking around the streets of Barcelona with this huge ballon packed with tons of laughter and happiness until you find a big square in the middle of the city full of sad people and deciding to break it, so you can let all the laughter and happiness out.
