Project
This was an open ended motion graphics project for my After Effects class. I decided to make an e-card, which was inspired by both Hallmark’s e-cards and my aunt who likes to occasionally send such e-cards to me and my family. I initially planned for it to be a silent GIF and set the Illustrator file up so it would be easy to continuously loop. Later, I realized I needed to add credits to satisfy the assignment requirements and created a video format with music and credits. A note for the future: finding free music to match an animation after it has been created is much more difficult than finding one before it has been created.
