Scoop Cafe Brand Identity

I produced an identity for the cafe within the remodelled New Farm Cinemas, a national treasure and cultural icon in the city of Brisbane, Australia. The new owners restored the cinemas to its former glory based on its original 1970s interior. 

The cinema theatres use their original 1970s names and colour themes - The Purple Room, The Green Room, The Blue Room and the premium Gold Room.

The foyer of the complex was refurbished with cinema's replica 1970s polka dot carpet. The polka dot forms basis of the cafe's brand identity referencing the heritage carpet in form and colour. Vintage pink stylised typography represents the cafe's delightful and satisfying menu.
