As a fashion joint complex, Sanlitun Taikooli is an Utopia for youth, which is a fusion of world famous brands, individual designers, select shops etc,.

YE’SbyYESIR is an independent brand of casual luxury, founded in 2013 by Mr. YE Qian. Tailored fabric creates elegant styles for modern elites. This Chinese fashion design aiming to redefine new looks for local fashion industry.

Architect attempted to use lines to divide several spaces, using rational proportion to indicate precise cutting of the brand and focusing on the indistinction of runway. In addition, the lighting lines on the fifth elevation define specific sense for each functional area.

Another deliberate thought for this project is how to combine territoriality within an interior design. The layout of this boutique continues traditional architecture space sequence of courtyard in Beijing. Architect seek to use relatively microscopic interior space to match the urban design concept of Taikooli and urban texture of traditional Beijing city.
