Free postcards which could be collected at the postcard stands located throughout the university. These are the images which would feature on the front, with the back of the postcard containing information about the initiative.
Promotional poster asking students, staff and guest to 'follow' the arrows throughout the university so they could be directed to a water refilling station.
To further engage staff and students, a competition would be run to create your own design for a reusable water bottle.
