For this typography section, i included some of the works that i did for my typography module. The aim of this assignment was to make a poster as well as an inviatation card for an event of our choice.

My choice was for a fashion show that was going to be held at the Fashion and Design Institute. You will find the outcomes of that module on the pictures.

The poster and invitation card were inspired by the famous typographer Paul Renner. Thus, that is the reason i chose the typeface Futura for both of them.

In terms of color, i used a combined blue and red to get a violet color. Blue and red are two colors that Paul Renner used a lot.

The lines that i used were all inspired by the futura typeface. The futura typeface was inspired by triangles and thus, i made lines that formed triangles.

The last artwork on the bottom was also part of this module. We had to make an ambigram of our friend’s name and mine was Thierry.
