I was doing the exhibition graphics for Frydefuld Gysen exhibition at Gl. Holtegaard, including this fold-out which is working as an index for Vanitas terminology. In the exhibition 17th-century paintings from the Netherlands are mirrored and offset by contemporary works created around the 2000s. Through such mutual reflections the exhibition explores how art shares a range of symbols and motifs across the ages – and across financial bubbles.
