Design Week Philippines (DWP) is a multi- faceted fête of the arts and design aimed at fostering creativity and spurring innovations. It is highlighted with activities that speak of Filipino ingenuity and design breakthroughs that strengthen the Philippines’ position as Asia’s design capital. It has its roots in Proclamation No. 277, signed by President Benigno S. Aquino III on October 2011, declaring its celebration every third week of March and October of each year. This national initiative is envisaged to drive economic growth and socio- cultural development through the transformative power of creativity, design innovations and technology.

For the first Creative Environment - Intramuros last April 2016 (One of the components of DWP), a pasaporte was designed to guide the attendees to all the allocated location inside the Old Walled City. Fun stamp collection was also held during the event.

A CD was given to event partners that includes pictures and press releases of the event.

Lucky participants were given a SWAP Watch during the event.
